The James E. Dutton Foundation does not have a formal grant application form. Grant requests should be written and include a cover letter with contact information, a description of the requesting organization and its mission.

The request should also include a detailed description of the project or program for which the grant is being requested, along with the grant budget and schedule.

Grant periods may extend over two or more years dependent upon the request. In addition, we will require a brief report upon completion of the project on the results achieved by our grant.

March 20, 2019 for the April 3, 2019 board meeting

June 12, 2019 for the June 26, 2019 board meeting

October 9, 2019 for the October 23, 2019 board meeting
